About Solidus Agents.
The credential issuer behind the agent passport — part of the Solidus Network.
Filling the slot ERC-8004 left open.
AI agents are showing up everywhere — trading, procurement, support, autonomous workflows — but what stands behind one today is thin: a wallet address, or a row in a commerce registry. ERC-8004, an open EIP backed by MetaMask, Google, Coinbase, and OriginTrail, standardized the agent passport itself. It deliberately leaves one slot open: which DID method anchors that passport, and what proves any claim written into its Validation Registry.
Solidus Agents fills that slot. did:solidus is a fully specified W3C DID method built for exactly this anchor point; BBS+ credentials let an agent prove a claim — operator KYC'd, on a regulated network, a capability still active — without exposing everything behind it. The operator KYC itself is ingested from verify.solidus.network, not performed here: we are the credential issuer behind the passport, not a KYC provider and not a wallet.
